Version dated September 22, 2026
These terms are a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Yana Andreevna Borovskaya and govern the use of YANTRAVIBE.STORE and contracts for goods and services offered through the website.
Provisions that concern only goods or only services apply to that part of an order. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

2. Subject of the offer
The seller or contractor agrees to transfer selected goods, provide a service, or supply another result stated in an offer, and the customer or client agrees to accept and pay for the order on the terms displayed on the website and at checkout.
The description, characteristics, contents, price, period, performance method, and other material terms of a specific offer appear on its page and in the order form. Images may differ slightly because of screen settings and rendering where this does not alter material properties.
3. Contract formation
The user creates an order, provides the required information, and confirms that they have read the terms. Acceptance occurs when the order is paid or when the user takes another action expressly identified on the website as confirming the intention to contract.
After receiving an order, the seller sends confirmation with its number and principal terms. If performance is impossible because an offer is unavailable, there is an obvious technical error, or for another objective reason, the seller will notify the user and refund payment for the unperformed part.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in the selected region's currency and include taxes where applicable. Delivery and optional extras are shown separately before confirmation.
Payment is made using an available website method through a payment provider or by bank details where offered. The payment obligation is fulfilled once receipt of funds is confirmed. The seller issues a fiscal receipt where required by law.
5. Order performance
Goods are transferred under the Shipping page. Services are performed in the scope, manner, and period stated in their description or agreed with the client.
The user must provide accurate information and necessary cooperation. The consequences of delay caused by a failure to provide information, access, materials, or other required cooperation are determined by law and the specific order terms.
6. Cancellation, returns, and quality claims
The Returns and exchanges page explains cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rules. Consumers may make claims about the quality of goods or services within the procedure and periods established by Russian law.
A consumer may cancel a service agreement at any time subject to reimbursing the contractor's actual expenses connected with performance. The website terms do not exclude or limit other mandatory consumer rights.
7. Account and security
The user is responsible for accurate data, safeguarding account access, and actions taken after authentication, except where access was obtained through no fault of the user. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
Users must not disrupt the website, circumvent safeguards, scrape data without permission, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, images, design, marks, software, and other materials are protected by law and belong to their respective rights holders. The user receives a limited right to use the website for personal browsing and ordering.
Purchasing goods or services does not transfer exclusive rights in related materials unless an express separate agreement states otherwise.
9. Liability
The parties are liable for breach under the contract and law. The seller is not responsible for an inability to use the website caused by the user's equipment, communications providers, or third-party systems, but takes reasonable steps to restore operation.
Nothing in this offer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Force majeure relieves a party from liability to the extent and for the duration provided by law.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. By providing another person's data, the user confirms a lawful basis for doing so and must give that person the required processing information.
11. Communications and disputes
Questions and claims may be sent to alltorion@gmail.com or the seller's postal address. Include contact details, order number, the substance of the request, and supporting materials where needed.
The parties will seek to resolve disagreements through discussion. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation. A consumer's statutory choice of venue remains unaffected.
12. Changes to the terms
A new version applies to orders placed after publication unless the law or an express agreement provides otherwise. A contract already concluded is governed by the version in force when it was formed.
